(对夹式，法兰式)耐磨矿浆阀利用两橡胶阀座对夹压紧闸板起到密封性能，当闸板完全开启时，两密封阀座自行吻合相靠紧，形成一个全橡胶短管道，加上管道内压使得达到强度密封效果更好，同时阀门在全开状态时，闸板可以在线进行更换，不需要拆下整个阀门进行更换闸板维修而影响管道正常运作 RETZ (Wafer type, flange type) wear-resistant slurry valve uses two rubber valve seats to seal the clamping ram. 密封结构 Sealing structure

●二级密封件设有存脂槽，有利于阀门润滑 The secondary seal is provided with a grease storage tank, which is conducive to valve lubrication

●二级密封件设有三条刮料橡胶，有效刮除残留在闸板上的杂质 The secondary seal is equipped with three strips of scraping rubber to effectively scrape the impurities left on the ram

●矿浆阀底部设有排污口，排污口盖板由用户选配 The bottom of the pulp valve is equipped with a drain outlet, and the drain outlet cover plate is selected by the user

●阀门使用时不得将排污口堵死 The drain outlet shall not be blocked when the valve is used

●用户可根据现场使用情况，选择开放式排污（直接排出阀体）或接导流管排污 Users can choose open blowdown (directly discharge the valve body) or connect the diversion pipe for blowdown according to the field use conditions
